Swollen tonsils

For two weeks my tonsils have been swollen with white spots all over them. But i have no other symptoms at all, no fever, headache, rash, cough, congestion or anything else. I've been holding off going to the doctors cause I feel fine, should I wait more or should I make an appointment?

Saw a doctor Saturday, no bacteria in the throat at all and she said it was a viral thing and to take over the counter meds for swelling and prescribed no antibiotics. Going on week three, still no sore throat or other symptoms. Have another appointment next week to have them checked again

If they bother you you could try stopping dairy.  For some reason, dairy, especially drinking milk, is associated with this tonsil issue.

If they are solid and not just strep thoat it sounds like tonsil stones. They are white calcifications that grow in the tonsil voids. My wife gets them and then they fall out. They are harmless so long as they don't get infected. Gargle with salt water to help them come out.
