thanks madam,
i went to doctor, he is saying that it is an fats, so there is no treatement required.
I asked him whether it is viral or bacterial. He replied that, if it is there more than 6 months and no pain or fever that means it is not viral or bacterial, if it is infection in 6 month it could cover all inside ur mouth.
Please advice madam, i am confused a lot.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

It could most probably be tonsillitis and a throat infection. Throat pain, difficulty swallowing, fever, scratchiness in the throat, post nasal drip, malaise and loss of appetite are symptoms of tonsillitis. More so as there are lymph nodes in the neck. It can be caused by bacteria like streptococcus or it could be a viral infection. Bacterial infections need antibiotics. Consult your primary care physician who will do blood tests and take a throat swab to determine the cause and prescribe appropriate medications.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
