Tightness in Throat

Hello,

I've been struggling with a situation and try to understand what the solution is to heal. About 1 year ago I swallowed 2 large pills at the same time with Water. However, they way it went down in my throat it got stuck and forced it to swallow it immediately. But what happened was that i think it ripped something inside and since then my muscles on my throat tend to tighten up when i sit down or do normally tasks. Especially it gets worse when I am in stress.

I went to see an EOD doctor, did an x-ray and also an MRI. Nothing unusual was found. I even did a swallowing test and nothing unusual was found there either. But I know there is something and it makes me depressed a lot of time.

I looked online with the hope to find other people that experienced the same thing but I wasn't lucky to find anything that is closely related to what happened to me.

I am at a point and not sure what to do. Any advice or help on how to help the healing process?

Thank you
