Tiny red dots
I have some TINY red dots on the soft palate of my mouth, and the back of throat... when i mean tiny... i mean tiny! and i dont have too many either. I also noticed the whole throat area looks a little, red. Whether this is hypochondria or not I dont know. What are these tiny dots?
