Tired of the Dizziness and Weird Head Sensation (15 Days After Cruise Now)

If you got over your Mal de Debarquement, please tell me how you did it. I've had ENOUGH.

I have trouble working due to fluorescent lamps (I think).

I'm typical onset:

Mid-aged
Female
5 nights on a stupid boat.

While I wish I had never done it, I can't stop the dizziness.

And from all that I've read, the longer it lasts, the longer it lasts.

God help us. It's SO uncomfortable.

It was a light swaying and now it's a swinging and my head, if I try too hard, it seems to always feel like it's in a vise. Fuzzy thinking.

Have appointment with vestibular therapists. That can help some.

And then an ENT will FINALLY see me.

I'll take all the help i can get.

Trying to learn to meditate because i'm really depressed that my body hasn't healed itself somehow.

How could a cruise damage someone like this?
