Trouble with just the right ear??

Hi,  I have been having trouble with my right ear in past month or so. I don't hear so good out of it, and sometimes if feels as though something is plugging my right ear sometimes. Comes and goes, and is painful. Also hearing as though I hold a seasell up to my ear and that comes and goes as well. Is it something as simple as hearing loss but just in my right ear??

I have 90% hearing loss in my left ear, with inner pain, no other systems,  audioligist wants me to get hearing aid,  tells me it a condition called otosclerosis  could get operation to replace tiny tiny bone that fused together but no gaurantee it will help my hearing, Im concerned its something else as I still have inner ear pain and with NO insurance I am avoiding a ear throat nose specialist!

I only have hearing loss in my left ear, but these symptoms should be checked out by dr. who specialized in this area.  I would suggest going to an ENT. You don't wan to permanently damage your ear.  I can tell you living with a hearing loss is a challenge.  Good luck
