Trying to find help with problem in side of the throat

Feels harder to swallow with the left side of my throat, like something right below my tongue, they say in the hyoid area. But I'm pretty much breathing out of just my right nostril, and it feels like it could be a very thick mucous stuck to the left side of my throat. I find myself pulling on the left side of my throat just to force swallowing to see if the build-up loosens. I can't even swallow anything with my head turned to the left and it's not hsv 1 or 2, I've been tested. I'm just tired of this.
