Hello, I'm a male, 26. I have a very old perforation on left tympanum that I haven't closed off yet. I get some ear irritation and infection from time to time, but is nothing much serious, it's usually just pressure inside the ear and some dizzyness that I treat using ear drops. This time, I'm feeling something different that I don't know for sure if it's ear related.
Some days ago, I woke up a litter dizzier than usual so I thought it's just another ear infection. The dizzynes was not bothering so much so I left it in that way.
At night, when I put my head against the pillows I started to feel a dull pain, kinda like a pressure, behind my left ear. The pain only appears when moving my head about on the pillows.
I also feel a pain behind my left eye when when looking up (only up, no other direction).
Now, I'm feeling a minor pressure pain on the side of my head, right beside my left eye socket, where the sphenoid bone would be.
Yesterday, I also felt tooth pain on the left side of my mouth when chewing, I don't know if it could be related.
Aside from these symptoms I don't see any swelling, redness, tenderness, discharge or abnormal temperature. The only other "condition" I have on my head is a 1,3cm Pineal Gland Cyst which has been pretty much the same every time I checked it. My neuro says it's a common finding and not something to worry about.
