What are these dots on my uvula and throat?

I've had these dots on the back of my throat for about a month (Early May) and I'm not sure what they are. They don't really cause me any distress but it does feel like I have something in the back of my throat and I constantly feel the need to hack and spit. I also feel my breath smells worse than usual.

I've been using some strepsils and they calm it a little but to no avail. I've also been having frequent bouts of diarrhoea regardless of the food that I eat (plenty of fibre). Other than that my diet is quiet healthy (low sugar, plenty of fruit and veg, fish and poultry, occasionally red meat.) The diarrhea also seems to have spouted some haemorrhoids too. I've taken some zinc carnosine supplements (I had them left over from a bad experience of NSAIDS and stomach issues back in late March/early April) and they seem to have stopped the diarrhoea and calmed the haemorrhoids a little.

I've taken some pictures but they are quite hard to see because they were reflecting my phone light. I've included duplicates that circle the spots/dots.
