Voice issues over a week!!

Hi everyone so let me get this out of the way I recently went to Cancun from the 1st to the 6th. I started having voice and throat issues around the 4th. When I got back my voice had a lot of horsness. I figure it was from overuse, alcohol, and temperature change. Well it’s been about of week and my voice hasn’t gotten better. I even went two days without talking to anyone or using my voice! Still horsnenss and constantly having to clear my throat. I also got a bad case of cold sore on my lip that doesn’t seem to want to go away. Two days ago I also came down with the cold. Is my horness being caused due to sinus and stomach acid? I am constantly burping even on empty stomach and regularly clearing my throat.I am also concern because i did hook up with someone and had unprotected sex. I have an appointment with ENT in a couple of days.

Have your voice got back to normal after treatment? My ent diagnosed me with that,  but three days later I still have a hoarse voice.
