What do I do with dry nose and postnasal drip?

I have had pnd for the last six months, at first the doctor told  me it was fungal infection and I was on treatment for one months which never helped. Then the doctor told me it was chronic rhinitis, I have been given all types of medicine, sprays which sometimes causes me swelling of the neck but nothing changes. I don't have any other symptom, not headache not nosal congestion not anything else apart from postnasal drip. What do I do about it coz its so irritating

Ya, that would definitely be annoying.  Do you have any allergies?  My son is a chronic dripper.  He has allergies to dust and seasonal allergies.  He takes OTC claritan.  Works to help him.  You could try a one week regimen of saline spray clean out followed by squirt of afrin. But this is just for ONE week as afrin is not a product to use long term.  Worth a try.
