What in the world is going on with me?

Ok this might be kinda of lengthy but I'll do my best to keep it short.  Anyway, since about October of 08' I noticed a slight little pain/ache to the left of my sternum.  It would come and go.  Well then one night I noticed a very minute ammount of blood swirl in my saliva.  I had pulled it up out of my throat.  So due to this I went to my local doctor.  He pawned it off as a sinus infection.  I took the necessary antibiotics and while I didn't notice any blood, my chest aches were still there.  Well I went back to the same office and saw a different doctor.  She said it was acid reflux.  That's understandable considering I have heartburn every now and then.  Well I took nexium and protonix for a little while and didn't notice much change in the slight chest discomfort.  About a month ago I notice the pain moved to the right side of my sternum.  Not only that but now I was having a very odd experience.  The symptoms pointed towards heart palpitations.  Just out of the blue, I would feel a fluttering sensation in my chest to the point where it almost took my breath away.  I've also had these spells where I feel like I have a sudden dump of adrenaline and start getting very excited, shaky, and nervous feeling.  Well I went back to the doctor because of the chest pains/fluttering.  He actually tried to find out the problem this time.  He did an EKG, bloodwork, breathing test, and chest x-rays.  He then had me go to the hospital for a Barium swallow and an echocardiogram.  They called me back and said everything came back perfectly normal.  I notice the fluttering sensation more and more and even doing small little tasks brings it on.  Something minimal like turning a screwdriver can cause it so bad that I have to stop.  It's not that I have trouble breathing is just feels like I'm getting too much oxygen when it happens.  I sometimes feel dizzy with it.  I have also noticed something rather strange.  For the past 2 weeks, I keep getting a yellow coating on my tongue.  I don't have any pain associated with it, my throat doesn't hurt, no bad taste, just a yellow tongue.  I floss and brush my teeth 2-3 times a day and at night I rinse with mouthwash.  The coating brushes off and goes away but comes right back the next day.  I tried using warm salt water as a rinse instead of the listerine but didn't see any difference.  I googled it and it said it could be liver related but the Doc told me my liver came back normal on the blood test.  I wish I could figure out what is wrong with me.  I haven't been on any medications.  The only thing I have done differently was start using Nioxin because my hair is starting to thin out.  I know sometimes these hair products can cause heart palpitations but I was having them before the Nioxin.  Here is a list of my symptoms I really hope someone can link them together and let me know what might be the problem because I am tired of it.  Slight chest pain every now and then, soreness in left arm pit, yellow coating on tongue, and fluttering.  I also coughed up what looked like a tonsil stone the other day accompanied by a little swirl of blood in my saliva again.  I'd just like to know what's wrong with me because no matter how many times the doctors tell me they can't find anything and everything looks normal I know it's not because I've never felt this way before.  Thanks for any help

I have been experiencing the same thing too!  Doctors say all is normal and I know something is going on because I have never felt this way before!  It feels like I have something stuck in my throat on my right side, my right ear feels plugged, my heart on occasion flutteres and I get tonsile stones coming from my right side.  The one thing I haven't experienced is the yellow coating on my tongue, but in addition to everything else I have had some unusual skin burning sensation that comes and goes (on thighs and below my armpit area.  The only thing doctors say is anxiety, which is really annoying me!
