Popping sound in ear when I touch it!

Help! I've had this popping sound in my ear for a month! Here are the details:

Ear Wax: No (I used to a little bit ago, but it fell out.)
Ear Infection: No
Ear Blockage: No
History Of Sinus Issues: None
Pain: Moderate
Sensitivity: Strong
Annoying: YES!

Story: The other month, I was having issues with my ear, like a sense of fullness. I had a doctors appointment and he proscribed these ear drops and an ear spray bottle. I went back a month later and he said I was all clear. But my ear didn't feel any different. Then it started to make quiet popping sounds when I touch it, wriggle my jaw, chew, or yawn. Over time it got stronger. Now it's annoying as heck. Anyone know how to fix this?

If possible, Thank You!
