White spot on my nasal septum

Last two weeks I have noticed a small white patch on the inside of my nasal area. At 1st it felt like a scab and I may have picked at it a time or two. This was before taking a good look at it. It's not pimple shaped but a flat white spot with no pain. I have been using a Q tip and some apple cider vinegar last several days and at times it seems to get smaller then look the same as before. Any clue ?
