Why are my eardrums fluttering in the morning?

My eardrums are fluttering/vibrating in the morning, mostly, when i just wake up.  Triggered probably by the process of stretching . A few seconds after the eardrums flutter. Sometimes this happens even if i get up too quickly after lying down for longer while.
It is not a pulselynchronous sound. Could it still be a matter og high/low bloodpressure?
I also exclude a Tensor Tympani Syndrome, because eardrums do not flutter during any sounds and I have no problems with noise or earaches.
I suspect something with the cervical spine?
Does anyone know such symptoms and has figured out what it is?
