Yellow mucus back of the thraot every morning
I have this weird yellow mucus every morning back of my throat I guess it gets collected at night when I sleep. Don’t know from where it’s coming . Any idea ?
Good times. That sounds like sinus drainage. You could try something like Mucinex for a few nights to see if that clears it up (it thins mucus) or short of that, increase your fluid intake during the day which will keep mucus thinned overall as well.
