Yellowish/Pale fluid running down my nose when i bend down

I had CSF and Sinus surgery 6 months back. After that, every time i get a cold and when i bend down, i get watery discharge. So i avoid bending down most of the time. Recently i had cold and i took antibiotics. Cold has come down. However, this fluid is making me worry. last time when i had cold...I had this fluid coming down. Doctor told me that he had fixed the only opening with the facia from my right thigh. Can someone throw some light on this? Please help.
