Under eye bags is a common symptom in many people and usually reflects fatigue or stress. Other causes could be due to corneal irritation, lack of sleep, eye strain, caffeine and alcohol intake and sometimes drug abuse. For now life style changes like stopping smoking, avoiding caffeine and alcohol intake and adequate sleep can help prevent your symptoms. For further evaluation consult your primary care physician.

Try cold compresses and/or an eye cream. Cucumber slices and wet tea bags help but only temporarily.
Elevate your head while sleeping. Don't sleep on your face.
What's your diet like? Smoker? Drinker?
