bloody taste in mouth

On 9/1/12 I was taking 1,000mg mucle relaxer foe my elbow that was inflammed. I hurt my back and I took 800mg
Aleeve for my back not noing that the two were the same nsaid. I got bloody stools. I went to the doctor and they got my stools back to normal and my back took a month to heal. Then on 9/28/12 I choked on a apple peel, and I coughed hard to get out it went down. On 11/13/12 I went to an ent doctor and he put the camara down the nose and thoat. And it looked good, but I had neck and throat pain. And the doctor told me to take 2 Ibuprofen per day for a week. The next week I still had the pain so he said to take 4 ibuprofen for a few days. I took 3- 200 mg and my 81 mg aspirin for my heart. That night I could taste blood in my mouth, so I spit coffee color brown. This happened on 11/24/12. I still can taste the blood in my mouth. I had a full pandoscopy on 12/7/12. They couldn't find any ulcers or any bleeding in my stomach. And my stools are solid and normal color. They took a bioscopy of my esophagus.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

As you are repeatedly having bleeding episodes on consumption of NSAIDs, its likely that the painkillers are causing gastritis and bleeding. This is the most common side effect of NSAIDs. To avoid this, ensure to take this medication after food or along with proton pump inhibitors. Also, have your blood counts done, along with bleeding and clotting time.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

If you are allergic to any of the medications you are taking, it could cause your tongue to crack and bleed.

Other than that, I really can't think of anything other than what they are checking you for.
I hope all comes back ok.
