could this just be vertigo or something related to my inner ear being messed up?

I am a healthy 25 year old woman with no history of disease in my family. however for the past two months i have been experiencing a sort of double vision in one eye (right), but only when i look at certain angles. straight on I'm fine, but if i tilt my head at a 45 degree angle to the left its like my eyes won't focus together. about 3 weeks after that started i started experiencing fatigue, like not being able to stay awake at work, and just not having energy to do anything extra, (like working out,) i yawn almost every 5 mins! As of right now i just want to stay in bed. Then my balance started being affected. i started noticing i would have a small difficulty when i would try to put my socks or shoes on with one leg up, id struggle t keep the foot up. Now when i walk it feels like something is pushing/pulling me I'm just all over the place. those are the three biggest symptoms that have been present for almost two monnths now. Recently as of the last three or so days i feel like my legs are weird or like restless and i am drooling A LOT in my sleep. even as i type this i keep swallowing because i have an excess of spit in my mouth. i feel a weird kind of pressure in my head that doesn't hurt and is very mild but is noticeable none the less. and lastly a pain in my back under my shoulder. Idk if that is related or not. I've been to several opthamologists , they have ruled out any damage to the eye or eye muscles themselves. I have had several  blood test done, everything from vitamin deficicencies to lime disease and graves / gravis disease has been ruled out. I have seen one neurologists who did a basic nuerological test (follow the finger, push down on my hand kind of thing) and the kind with the sticky pads on your head which he declared i had a healthy brain from. I also had a CT scan and MRI with contrast that neuro said they were fine along with two other doctors including a ER doctor. But they just looked at the report not the imaging. is it possible the person who did the report missed something? i have another neuro appt on tuesday with a different doctor he requested i bring the cd from the MRI. is it possible the MRI is showing clear because its early? sorry i am so long  winded i just wanted to give as much info as possible. i want to get a spinal tap is that a good idea? What else can i do? Any ideas what this could be. Oh i am trying to make an ENT appt as well... sorry for the poor spelling i am rushing.
