does bells palsy cause tinnitus and pulsing behind eardrum?

Hi everyone? Ive been a pulsing sensation behind my left eardrum for about 1mnth. I have bells palsy on the left side of my face (have had it for 7 wks, recovery abt 50%) Recently the pulsing has an additional clicking sound on the eardrum,it feels like theres pressure from where the pulsing similar to ear popping. There's also ringing in the ear. Does BP cause tinnitus? Or is it caused by something separate? I'm just a bit worried because it's not a symptom listed for BP. If anyone here knows or has any suggestions I would appreciate all your answers and advice!Thank you
Marilda
