ear nose and throat

What could be the meaning of a place draining into my throat from just above my teeth line by my nose. I can feel it.  It did not show up in my CT but is sore and causes headaches on the same side?  Why did it not show up in the CT scan?

Can a doctor see it?  A dentist?  If it's not on a scan and no one can detect it by exam (dye can be used sometimes), then maybe it isn't there at all...
