ear problem

I had myringotomy with tubes done 3 weeks ago and having trouble hearing from 1 ear ever since.  It feels clogged or like there is pressure in it.  The other day it felt like an air bubble moving through the tube then after I could hear crystal clear.  (The day before I could not hear the vacuum in the next room and after the air bubble I could hear my husband putting silverware on the table from upstairs.)  Any suggestions on what is happening?  My ENT says everything is fine and he does not know why I cannot hear.

I am covering my ears.  I did get the ear molds made yesterday.  I went back to the ENT yesterday and he said everything was fine including my hearing.  I told him about the air bubble and he had no comments or explanation about it.  I still am having trouble hearing so now I am not sure what to do next.  I don't have to go back to him for another 3 months unless I have a problem.  I guess he doesn't think not being able to hear properly is a problem.  Not sure when it would be appropriate to get a second opinion.

Are you covering your ears when washing your hair?
It could be that water is getting in and causing the temporary hearing loss.

Don't use a blow dryer either. Avoid breezes in your ears by placing cotton in them before exposure.

Do you grind your teeth or clench your jaw? This could cause the pressure/air bubble like feelings from the tubes moving.
Did you describe this to your ENT? Or did you just mention hearing loss?
