I assume you live in the US.

At only three days into it, I would recommend you wait it out and see if the virus passes on its own.  They usually do.  Cpntinue treating your symptoms as you have been making sure not to exceed your acetamenophen dosage and to drink plenty of water.  Vitamin C may or may not be helpful, but it wouldn't hurt.

If it continues beyond 2 weeks or if you have an underliing health condition like asthma, I suggest that you call your local health department and ask for their clinic hours and for free clinics in your area.  Many churches offer these services these days.  I know of two in my small city.  If you have a primary care physician, they maybe able to make arrangements with you or even see you pro-bono.

Feel better.

Without insurance, you can do this pranayam to build up your immune system. This works gradually to improve your body systems and keep you healthy.Initially do the pranayam, twice a day, and then continue once a day for life, when you feel better.Your feedback at some point will help others, who do not have insurance.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Kapalbhati pranayam -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
