pressure

What would be causes of pressure in your ear other than fluid or infection?  The ear, nose, throat specialist says there is nerve damage in the right ear along with pressure but no infection or fluid.

That's why I suggested sinus problems...

If you're experiencing swelling in your sinuses, it can effect your ears tremendously. It can cause tinnitis (ringing in ears), pressure, fullness, etc because of your eustacian tubes.

I'm glad to hear that things seem to be getting better with the steroids and spray.

Sypmtoms:  loss of hearing in the right ear, bell-like sounds and distortion of different sounds.  Hearing is returning since an ENT has prescribed steriods and nasal spray.

Do you have sinus problems? Acid Reflux?

Those are two primary problems that can cause pressure in ears. There are numerous things that can cause pressure in ears besides fluid and infections. It just depends on your individual concerns. What other symptoms are you experiencing?
