ringing in my ears and dizzy

I have ringing in my left ear .I can't stand being around loud noises or a lot of people talking it echoes , feels clogged , buzzes and a I get very dizzy I have even had to go to the emergency room because my dizziness was so bad I was sick to my stomach couldn't stand my eye rolled around in my head it lasted for about 4 hours they had to put me on an iv drip to help they did a cat scan ,nothing was wrong ,I had a hearing test I have hearing loss but they still don't know whats wrong help
me I need help i'm going crazy

thank you for your response I had inner ear infection and outer ear but I still get the loud ringing so I do have a  appointment to see my ENT but first I have to go to the audiologist

Hi, dizziness can have different sensations.  If your dizziness feels like you are spinning or the room is spinning (and especially if associated with nausea or vomiting), this might be due to an inner ear problem. The condition needs proper evaluation. .  I would recommend that you contact your primary care physician as you have multiple system complaints. He or she might refer you to an ENT for further evaluation and treatment.  I would strongly caution you not to drive or operative heavy machinery while dizzy as you might injure yourself or others.
