sinus ct report

For 2 mth back and fourth with family Dr , ENT , Allergy ,DR's. I had a sinus Ct done . The report findings are .
Musosal thicking in several ethmoid air cells.Mild mucosal thickening in the left frontal sinus.2. left concha bullosa . Air cell in the superior medial aspect of the right maxillary sinus causing narrowing of the ostiomeatal unit .The Ct scan request was done by Allergy Dr. He suggest I make a follow up with ENT , That could take 3-4 weeks to get in . My question is what did the scan find and is it something that requires surgery to correct . I do not want to wait that long for some answers.

I have a condition called hypogammaglobulinenima and my IGA levels are almost non-existent. This is the part of the blood that protects the mucous linings of the lungs, sinuses and eyes. Hi I've had the same results before.  It means that you have a mucus build up in your sinus's. I was told that there is no surgury to be done. It is usually because of allergys to enviroment.  It will over time clear itself.  Has not for me and it's been 1.5 yrs, and full blocked both ears.  I tryed tubes to see if it would drain some mucus, but basically they said it is too thick to be drained. sorry thats all I know.hope it helped a little.
