sore throat one side only tonsil getting bigger

Keep getting a sore throat feeling on one side. can see red lumps coming on too-gettign bigger-there is a white spot too with black middle like it has bled. Have funny lumps on side of tongue too-worried as grandfather had throat cacer.

May very well be a case of strep.  My throat looked similar a few months ago when I had an infection.  Either way, you ought to be seen right away for treatment.  Good luck!
