Hello and hope you are doing well.
Nasal stuffiness could be due to common cold or allergic rhinitis. The common cold is caused by viruses, and usually spreads from an infected person. Unless, there is a supper added infection with bacteria, it is usually mild and recedes by itself.
In an entity called allergic rhinitis, the symptoms are similar to a common cold, but they are usually more persistent and show seasonal variation. The individual responds to an allergen, which can be in many forms like dust and household mites. It appears that you are suffering from such a phenomenon. You will need to consult your primary care physician for proper assessment. In the meantime practice good breathing exercises, humidify your room and do steam inhalations.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
