thumping in my right ear

Hey.. For the last couple days I been having a rapid thumping in my right ear which is the same ear I been having the high pitch ringing but now Im more worried about the thumping and its making me feel worried every single time I hear it and it puts more stress on me and it happens 24/7.  And for the ringing I just have to live with it cause I had that for years 24/7.  But I been trying to take a 500mg magnesium daily and it dont seem to work and I'd rather hear from an online doctor at the moment before seeing one.  I hear it could be my muscle twitching but I dont know.. Its scary and I believe I got anxiety..

This was a long time ago but I think I found the answer.. it was twitching ear muscles and I just needed to take magnesium for days then it got better.

Hey I still got this same problem its still scary and when I dont see an answer then it feels like no one cares or even wants to care.. Im sorta scared right now, shacking and stuff and i cant find an answer. Pls someone help me
