what does soft tissue signal material on mri mean please?

hi all what does soft tissue signal material in the middle ear left cleft & inferior mastoid air cells mean when seen on a mri scan please? I recently paid private for some investigation over both pulsatile & normal tinnitus that comes & goes the pulsatile when laid it almost shakes me its so strong I have a lot of bizarre symptoms & have had one doctor tell me I have mineres disease & another not acknowledge it as it was an incidental find feeling a little confused with it all. thank you in advance.

So, I think this can happen and I'd see a hearing specialist or ENT.  Cholesteatomas are tumors and show like soft tissue in the ear on imaging.  Not sure if this is your case but definitely would follow up.  Hearing impairment and dizziness are the result as it progresses.  Ask your doctor about this.
