BPPV? OR IS IT..

20 YEAR OLD MALE FROM UK
Two weeks ago i woke up with a blocked right ear.. i continued my day as normal and then went to bed. At 4am i woke up with a severe vertigo attacked which i went hospital and they said its 'Labrynthitis' and it should go away within a week and if it don't then visit your GP. First 3-4 days i had severe vertigo stopping me from doing anything i had to lay in bed in the same position. It slowly got better but it was still bad.

After a week i went to my GP and then they told me it is 'BPPV' and not labrynthitis.
Now im really confused.
My symptoms now are much better.. i only get vertigo when i do sudden movement or when i go to bend down to do my shoe laces or something. But now i have got severe tinnitus in my right ear ( same ear that was blocked at beginning ) i have constant loud buzzing in my right ear. its the same noise as a long clubbing session where ur ears buzzed from loud music.

Please help.. its quite scary not knowing what it is for sure and why my ears ringing like this

If it is benign positional vertigo, there is physical therapy that can fix it.  Google physical therapy for benign positional vertigo.  It's just a series of positions that a physical therapist puts you in called Semont and Epley Maneuvers.  You can attempt the home version.  Just google BPPV and home exercises or something like that.

My tinnitus and BPV came from too much loud music while in a recording studio in my youth and also flying on tours with recording artists.  It went away until 30 yrs later while sleeping in bed I rolled to my left side and it began the journey I now suffer with.  This includes occasional vertigo and the loudest sounds in my ears 24/7.  There is no cure for it.  I keep watching "hearing" publications hoping to find some relief.
