Thankyou so much for taking the time to post a response. Most of the time that i get the sore throat the headache comes with it. I can go a few days with nothing then all of a sudden the sore throat comes back- do you think this is a viral thing or an infection?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Recurrent sore throat may warrant further evaluation while headache attacks in the afternoon may be associated with primary headaches such as tension headache. Gastrointestinal issues such as laryngopharyngeal reflux or esophagitis may also be ruled out by your doctor and additional diagnostic tests may be requested. Take care and do keep us posted.
