Chronic dysphagia and difficulty speaking after strangulation injury

Hi All,

I had sustained a strangulation injury last year which caused some pain initially for a few weeks when swallowing. The pain has subsided completely, But I am left with a foreign body sensation in the throat on the left side just beside the adam's apple. It feels as if the thyroid cartilage has tilted a little to the right.
I have difficulty in swallowing (Dysphagia with dry swallow especially).

Also, my speech has seemed to become mildly effortful to start speaking.

I've been to an ENT who ordered an X-Ray of neck lateral which was normal.

Could anyone please advise on what the problem could probably be?

thanks,
