ENT or Dermatologist?

i believe i may have HPV (warts) in my mouth (my ex-partner had genital warts).  i have several small, hard whitish bumps on my upper gum (three in a row, two others in two different locations).  the latest one just appeared yesterday.   who is the best specialist to diagnose this?  an ENT, or a dermatologist (or perhaps a gynecologist since they are sexually transmitted)?   i've read that dentists are often the first to spot oral warts, but i can't see my dentist about this as he is a family friend.

also, is there any test yet to find out if one is infected orally with the cancer-causing strains of HPV?

many thanks.

Sorry about that blank post.

Go to your PCP if you have one.  If you don't, find one.  A general practitioner can make the decision what specialist you might need.  That's what they are there for.
