Bumps on back of throat since 3months had gastritis and gerd b4 6months

  I am 24years old male never had a penetrative or oral sex and I just had mutual masturbationwith other male from past 6months I am having bumps on back of the throat and sometimes white tongue, when I am experiencing this sort of sickness I went for hiv test rapid and Western blot after my two months of sickness all the results were negative and consulted gastro he said I have gastritis after seeing with endoscopy. Right now I have bumps on back of the throat, something bumps on cheeks, sometimes white tongue. One of my friend who masturbated me got reactive arthritis and he is fine now from that time onwards I am scared alot did I caught any disease by mutual masturbation.
