Ear lumps

So I have these weird bumps in my ears. I thought they were lymph nodes when I first googled but then I realized that I had more in my actual ear lobe. There is one behind my right ear that hurts, it's on the boarder of my neck and ear lobe but i would say more my ear lobe. another behind my left and then another on the side of my outer ear lobe. The one on the left behind my ear is not sensitive to touch but the others are. No other symptoms of ear infection. I am currently on an anti depressant. Any ideas- I think I had them before when i was young (i'm prone to cystic acne) and I think my derm injected them and they went away but I'm not sure if these are the same thing. Photo included

I'm not sure what they are but do you have any other symptoms? I read your posts on the HIV forum and I would go with them. you are making yourself upset by this and thus losing weight. A white coating on the tongue is usually caused by a fungal infection. A lot of people get it.

Someone please tell me if you know anything about this. I posted a question in the hiv forum and i'm terrified that this is a symptom.
