Ear pain Paralysis

Hey! I am 17 years old 5 years back when i was 12 i had a nerve paraslysis. Like a facial paralysis my half face was paralysed but not it is obviously fine. But since i stud and everything recently i am having a sharp pain behind my ears so any response over it? The pain is kinda similar to the pain i had when i got facial paralysis.. I am just cofused i dont want to see a doctor cause i dont think he will take it seriously, just incaseee you guys can help me with your advices please :) Thanks :D

Noneeee but i think its some neurological thing the doctor told me an MRI. The pain has stopped though thanksss

Do you grind your teeth, clench your jaw, etc...even in your sleep?
If so it could be jaw related.
If not, it could be allergies, mumps, swollen glands, ear infection, etc.
The only way to know for sure is by seeing the doctor...sorry.
