White Sharp Bit of Bone on Cartilage Inside Nose

I have a little bit of white bone sticking out of my cartilage inside my nose. It's not painful and it's not affecting my breathing (because it is very small) but I've had it for a couple of years and it's starting to annoy me now.

Does anyone know what this would be called / how to fix it?
