First tinnitus then cold and swollen Lymph nodes.

On 27 th dec I had smoked cannibes weed called Hasish on that same day I developed tinnitus I visited my nearest doc after 5 days he gave a medicine,s after checking my ear and told me that I have no infection in my ear and he also told me to conduct a pure tone audmetory test which I still have not conducted. Cause of tinnitus I did not smoked weed from 30 dec to 12 jan on 12 jan when I smoked weed in a very little quantity next day my lump nodes were swollen please help it,s not painfull and it,s in only one place under my left side jaw. Apart from that I have been smoking weed from past 3 years in average  one joint per 13 days.And from last one week I have medium cold.and most Important I don,t think I have mastoditis cause there's no hearing loss I experience or bad smell from eat or pain or fluid discharge.
