Hole in inner ear?

For the past few months both of my ears have felt like liquid was coming out of them. Then my right ear started hurting and popping out of no where, I let it go on for a few days thinking it would go away but it didn't so I told my parents. They put some swimmers ear drops in my ear thinking maybe it would dry up any wax causing pressure and we could take it out because we've done that before for my sister and it helped, but it only made it worse. I woke up the next day very dizzy and told my parents. My mom and I went to Urgent Care today and the doctor said he thinks the tube in my ear that drains fluids was clogged so he prescribed me medicine to unclog it. We got home and my mom wanted to look inside my ear because the doctor said my ear looked a little swollen and she notices a lot of access wax so she went and took some out of my ear and noticed there was a small hole underneath the wax. Im not quite sure what it could be but we hope its nothing serious. Any ideas as to what it could be? We put rubbing alcohol and warm water in my ear in hopes to disinfect it.
