Hot air from Nose and irritation in throat..........

I am 32 yr guy and past one week i had a problem in my nose..Hot air come from nose and irritation in throat but had no fever or anyother else.. i had disturb in my sleep and feel tiredness.. Please give any advice for this or can i consult any doctor.. please give answer me sir....

i have this same problem too and i dont know how to deal with it my throat hurts and when i breathe through my nose it burns i know this isnt an answer but plz help me im desperate

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The symptoms described could be due to a throat infection, most probably streptococcal or a viral infection. Strep sore throat needs to be treated with an antibiotic as strep is a bacteria. Viral sore throat is best treated with rest, warm oral fluids and  (OTC) tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for pain. If you develop a fever, or if there is enlargement of the tonsils with pain or if there is white coating on the tonsils, you will need to consult your primary care physician for a strep test, which if positive you will be given antibiotics.
