I'm not quite sure whats wrong

I am an 18 year old male. About a month ago towards the last half of March while I was on my computer I started to feel this pain at the left side of my neck by the back of my jaw or around there that would hurt when I would yawn or tilt my head to the left side. I decided to just sleep it off but awoke with the pain still there (though it faded later on in the day) and what remained was an odd feeling in my left ear though I can't quite explain what it is it certainly isn't what it normally once was. It wasn't just the odd feeling but there was a noise that I would constantly hear again I'm not quite sure how to explain it but it sounded staticy. Soon enough I went to visit a doctor about it who took a look at my ears and told me they were perfectly fine but he gave me some xyzal and nasonex nose spray. After taking both the noise began to slowly fade away but this odd feeling in my ear has still persisted and every time I yawn I can still feel the slight uncomfortable/pain at the left side of my neck. Anxious and paranoid I asked my mother to set up an appointment with an ear doctor who took a look at my ears, took me in for a hearing test, and an ear pressure test (I'm pretty sure it was to check for ear pressure. The lady stuck these ear phone like plugs into my ears that were hooked up to a machine while they were making these beeping noises and I just had to sit there and wait it out) and they told me everything seemed perfectly fine. This doctor gave me some more xyzal and prescribed to me some nasonex but I find that its not helping if doing anything at all. The feeling in my left ear has still persisted all this time and as I yawn I still feel the uncomfortable/pain towards my neck/back of my jaw. It doesn't hurt when I tilt my neck to one side but once in a blue moon it does happen.

Does anyone know whats wrong? I've been growing constantly paranoid and anxious about this for the entire time its been going on but have been receiving no answers from anyone in my life.

Forgot to add this in before but sometimes I will have an odd itch in my left ear as well.

Another thing is that when I yawn here and there I'll feel a kinda pop by my right jaw.
