i think that's what I'm experiencing too.  went to an acupuncturist who treated me once for a thing called Plum Pit Chi in Chinese Medicine.  Like a plum stuck in your throat.  Says in some people, their stress gets all bottled up around the throat...like a blockage.  I thought it helped right after the treatment, then it came right back.  Going back for a couple of more treatments.  I'll let you know how it goes.

I have had a lumpy feeling in my throat for eighteen months also a feeling of bits in my mouth i have been to my doctor for this problem also a oral doctor at the hospital,he said it was stress and worry he said to have anti depressents which made me feel sick so i stopped taking them, for a last try i have just finished a five week hypnotherepy course private which did help at the time but now its all back and i am desperate for a answer to this problem as i think eighteen months is long enough to have any problem without a cure......margaret
