Menieres disease?

Hello. I am a 34 year old who started with sudden vertigo in 2015. It would come on all of a sudden . I have had vomiting with 3 of my episodes. I have seen primary Dr who had me do vestibuler testing. Sounds me around in a chair, wore big goggles and followed a light. They ruled out BBVP early on. After my vestibuler testing they told me I was having vestibuler migraines, seen a neurologist at Mayo clinic in MN and he said I was not? My vertigo episodes have become less frequent all though the other day my vision became blurry for no reason! They have also asked me.aboit ringing in my ears which I never really paid much attention to but now for the last 2 days that's all I notice. I am thinking I might have menieres disease! Anyone else experience their symptoms like this? How do i get diagnosed?
