Mucus Build Up

For the past year I've been having problems with a bad mucus build up. But I noticed it was a problem back when War of The Worlds was on PPV on TV. Its like Its stuck in my throat and I try to cough it out but I end up throwing everything up including my food. Very Not pleasant.  But it wasn't as bad as it is now. Now Its happening twice every other week, to every week. The last time I was on medication for Sinusitis that my doctor gave me, and I threw up more mucus then food. I was looking up Sinusitis and Its supposed to have nasal inflammation and I do not have that, but I cough up mucus every day always after I eat. I tried finding the trigger, and the only possible things i get are cheese, breads, or vegetables. Does any of this actually should like Sinustitus or is my doctor wasting her time on medications that don't work?

Hi,

Q: Does it get worse when after you eat?
Q: Is it white/clear?

I have inflammation and nasal discharge but stopped after taking nasal spray though not the pressure, so will need to got to dr. again.
I have mucs (phlegm )in throat for over 7 months now and get sworse after eating, and it is clear except when the nasal discahrge was happening.

Good Luck,
FWK
