ineer ear nerve damage

Can someone give me some possible reasons for inner ear nerve damage? I have alot of dizzy spells and ringing and whooshing sounds but not extreme nauseau and vomiting that seem to indicate meneres disease.

Maybe TMJ I have all of the above and almost like something is stuck in my ear.

BP, Sugar, Excessive Stress, Virus, depression medication, can be reasons


Steroids is oly known medication but with strong side effects, so think twice to take steroids , better avoid

Have you had this diagnosed by a medical professional?  It may not be nerve damage at all but definitely sounds like it's worth investigating.  Your hearing is too important to trust to self-diagnosis.
