My throat has been feeling dry for 2 weeks, no improvement?

My throat feelings dry and drinking tons of water don't really help.I have eaten 24 lozenges. I took and picture and noticed bumps at the back of my throat, is it normal?

So, is it still sore?  Try some ibuprofen or tylenol, this can often help.  Is your nose at all stuffy?  Could you be sleeping with your mouth open?  That's another reason for a dry throat. Any chance you have acid reflux?  Here's a list of potential reasons you may have dry throat.  See if any match.  https://www.healthline.com/health/dry-throat#sleeping-with-your-mouth-open
