My throat has been feeling dry for 2 weeks, no improvement?

My throat feelings dry and drinking tons of water don't really help.I have eaten 24 lozenges. I took and picture and noticed bumps at the back of my throat, is it normal?

Any chance you have acid reflux?  Here's a list of potential reasons you may have dry throat.  See if any match.  https://www.healthline.com/health/dry-throat#sleeping-with-your-mouth-open
