Objective Pulsatile Tinnitus

My mum has been suffering from pulsatile tinnitus for 3 years now.  It has become very debilitating, most days she can't even get out of bed because of the pain and noise. She says that it worsens on any movement including eating, talking and walking. The pulsing comes from behind her ear and spreads over head, causing a hissing noise and intense throbbing feeling which is there all day. She has had an MRA,MRV,MRI and a CAT scan they showed nothing. She has had half of her thyroid removed because it was overactive and diseased, although it is now stable. Recently a doctor opened up her neck while she was under a local and tried clamping down different veins and arteries to see if it would stop the noises and pain but it did not work. We don't know what to do now, it is so difficult to see her in pain all the time and she can't cope with anymore. Any help you could offer would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently tried an ear candle and that worked very well, I also went to a chiropractor and that eased that terrible hissing and high pitched whistling sound. The ear candle can only be used in healthy ears,so I could only use it on one ear.Hope this is of some help to you.
