I had a mucocele removed a month ago, but the area has been filled with fluid.

Hey, so I had my ENT remove a mucocele on the inside of my lower lip over a month ago now. It has since healed over, but there appears to be a bubble there now and is filled with a thick fluid that looks like it contains a bit of blood. I've tried opening it up on my own to drain it but I could never get much of the fluid out and it never gets any smaller. The area aches every now and then. I'm out of town (out of country actually) and can't go back to my ENT so I'm hoping there's a home remedy to cure this? Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?
